Our "bread and butter". Over the past 50 years we have produced millions of foam and fibre upholstery kits and cushions for some of the largest furniture, caravan and mobile home manufacturers in the UK.
Upholstery kits provide all the necessary materials upholsterers need in one package and typically include:
- Foam padding, which comes in various thicknesses and densities, giving shape and comfort to the piece.
- Cushioning material that is placed between the foam and the outer fabric, which helps to smooth out any irregularities and gives the upholstery a more polished appearance.
- Bespoke accessories such as tape or dipryl.

We have been producing high quality, advanced technical foam and fibre products for the healthcare market for decades. These products include cushions, supports, pads, cosmetic foams, make-up sponges, bath products, manicure and pedicure separators and many more.
Sports and Soft Play
We have a wealth of experience providing foam and fibre products for sports, educational and soft play industries. Some of these products include foam pits, swimming aids (floats), rugby pads, yoga mats, plyoboxes, handstand walk platforms and a huge range of soft play shapes.
It is surprising the amount of foam and fibre products used in this sector and interest grows every year.
Packaging
Our production capabilities are huge with mulitple CNC machines, Eggboxers, presses and laminating at our disposal, coupled with our in-depth knowledge of polyurethane foam and polyester fibre products we can produce virtually any design regardless of complexity.
Industrial Products
We have produced foam products for insulation, pipe cleaning, padding to provide comfort for production line operatives and keg drop mats to protect our beloved beer!
